Lowtuff took part in the founding of Provincia in the summer of 2017, becoming a moderator of its subreddit, but was not very active in any of its subsequent activities. When Lowtuff did play, however, they built an unknown number of statues of themselves in various places across Provincia and the server. It was not until almost 4 years later when Lowtuff was inspired to become active again and found the city of Carson as a homage to the Civcraft 2.0 city of the same name. The hole for Carson was completed in June 2021 after 2 months of digging.<ref>https://old.reddit.com/r/civclassics/comments/o9a5ag/dread_it_run_from_it_carson_arrives_all_the_same/</ref> During their time as leader of Carson, however, Lowtuff would be pearled by the [[Mutual Assistance Command|MAC]] a number of times, first for randomspawning in the vault of [[Imperial Truidence]] and then for allegedly trespassing in [[Mir]]. Lowtuff did not enter the borders of Mir, the current mapping technology inherently revealed blocks within their borders, which they erroneously booked them for. Lowtuff was finally released during [[Pearled Harbor]], immediately repearled by [[Hjaltland]], and then released once again to take part in the End of the World party.
