The Northern Coast Alliance is an economic and mutual defense pact founded by Okashima and Vinland. Its goal is to improve the lives of the citizens and residents of our member states, drive economic activity and ensure safety for residents, citizens and guests within its borders. Any nation in the greater Northern Coast region (located along the northern coast of the far southern continent that straddles the X-axis) that would like to join shall be considered.
