Neustria iswas an absolute "consulate" (that's meanmeant the consuls haveruled allwith absolute rightpower, there iswas no constitution) with monthly elections. All active citizens canwere able to vote and all citizens arewere eligible to be a candidate. Each citizen canwas able to vote for 2 people they thinkthought willwould lead Neustria properly.

At the beginning, Neustria was a small settlement, originally made ofby two people; Marxyz and [[Panzala]]. The land had already hosted one city ; GravelTown (On which the ''"Château de Gravelle"''(Castle of Gravelle) willwas intended to be built). After two weeks, the city, -now called Robespierre-, started to havegain some othermore citizens. It continuallycontinued grows sinceto thengrow. After the dissolution of [[Spainland]] (during last days of October 2015), Neustria had been given the whole ''"Las Colonias"'' (the colonies) region. Some days later (the[[Chanada]] knownwas daydissolved inand land shared between Neustria isand 2nd/pol/ynesia<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Civcraft/comments/3qjoyy/does_chanada_exist_anymore/</ref> of(Neustria November),considered the [[Chanada]]dissolution wasto dissolvedhave happened on the 2nd of November). A referendum was held, the consuls wanted to know what wanted the people wanted. The results were that people wanted Neustria to be a vassal state of /pol/ynesia . Independence was a very close to winsecond. The consulconsuls, after that, started to work on a constitution, which iswas needed.
