==History==

Hwillotati's origins come from a small settlement built by [[Pythius]] and [[SimpleBastard]] on January 5, 2022. Consisting entirely of one building made from dirt, hay, and wood, the settlement was unofficially dubbed the Shitshack Commune by [[Des23]]. As Des recruited more former Mery to join the settlement, they continued to use the name until the adoption of Hwillota on January 11th, changed to Hwillotati the day after due to it a slightly more accurate name. Over the course of the following week, the settlement gradually moved further and further away from 0,0, seeking to escape the traffic brought by the original location of [[Pond Scum]] until settling down permanently on January 10, 2022.
