Holy Tree was a nation in the shallow +,+ quadrant of Civcraft 2.0, 1500 blocks east of Mount Augusta. It was the oldest city still active in the region, and can look back on an eventful history. It was well-connected to the local road network, and functioned as the region's rail hub. It was a member of the United Provinces of the Plus Plus.
Government
Holy Tree was ruled by the Leader of Holy Tree, who was elected and supervised by the Council of Holy Tree. The Council consisted of three permanent officials, as well as four elected representatives, for a total of seven. The Leader appointed ministers to help him oversee his numerous tasks.
Districts elected their own Mayor and enjoy local autonomy. The Mayors elected two representatives to the Council.
Colonies were supervised by their Governors, appointed by the Leader. The Governors elected a representative to the Council.
