The Asante Kingdom of Ghana was a nation near CivClassic's southeast world border. It was ruled by the Asantehene (King) and the Asante Kotoko (Council).
Economy
While Ghana was a relatively young nation, they had a rapidly expanding economy based on mining and forestry, with a fledgling industrial sector as well. Ghanaian economic projects included expanding the factory bunker and completing remaining international rail connections.
Climate
Much of Ghana had a tropical climate, with plenty of vegetation and rainfall. Despite popular opinion, it did not have any deserts
Culture
Ghana had a burgeoning spleef league looking to compete on the world stage.
