CivSMP is a private invite-only civ server[1] owned by Owain_X intended for those playing the server to make YouTube videos and stream in the style of other famous SMP servers. Owain_X's hope for the server is that it will create content that will act as advertisement for the public civ servers.[2][3] The server was announced in October and is intended to last 8 weeks.[2]
Content Creators
Players that applied to join the server would be part of the CivSMP official YouTube series (https://www.youtube.com/@CivSMP) and would record and/or stream their playtime on the server.[1]
