Carson (CivClassic 2.0)
Carson, officially the Federated Worker's Cooperative of Carson, is an independent nation in the southeast quadrant. Carson is a rebirth of the oceanic civcraft city of the same name, similarly being a city located within a large cubic hole in the ocean, and located at similar coordinates (with only the x axis being flipped from it's original civcraft incarnation).
