The '''Maritime Republic of Capeland''', or simply '''Capeland''', is a Parliamentary Republic in the shallow Southeast on what was formerly [[Communist Cities Caretaker-Protectorate|Lenin Isle]] and [[Carpathia|Carpathian]] territory. It was founded by AK (IGN operationguyMCS) and Eloc (IGN Eloctrasyd) in early March of 2021. The country was previously known as '''Cape Cocoa,''' prior to May 2021. Capeland has since then established itself as a peaceful building nation, and has experienced rapid growth in population and infrastructure.
