The +,+ is a geographic region on the server of CivClassic referred to as a "quadrant", covering the northwest of the map. It contains all blocks in the map with both negative x and negative z values. It was particularly infamous for having many of the main battlegrounds of the Infinity War as most of the NATO aligned nations were located here.
