History
Warmia was inhabited by 1111111111111000 when he got a permission from Kallos to settle there. The capital was established in Wilkowice, which got later on renamed for Wilkowice-Białystok. (Currently the capital is under construction, so they main settlement is Białstok, a capital of Bombas Self-Governing Area.
Economy
Warmian economy is mostly based of fishing, mining and farming. Warmia very rarely trades with any countries altough there might be some internal trade between players. Lack of trades is mostly justified by the fact that Warmia is not independent and it's very often not taken seriously by independent nations. It can also be reasoned with the fact that Warmia wants to be as much self-reliant as it can. (To make sure that they're ready for independence)
