===Re-founding of Venne===
The trio traveled close to the map's southern pole at around 600, 8900, discovering a similar landscape to Venne's past iteration. The trio established their presence by constructing their homes in what would become the founder"Founders's districtDistrict", with the city itself later being called Venera. Magic_Maya's home was used as the main base of operations, originally serving as a community center in the nation's early days. These early foundations also included the construction of thea nation'snational potato farm, as well as theand factory building.
 
Shadowvdark announced the claim on June 15, 2022. The foundation for the nation's government, the Vennish Constitution, was formulated and ratified on June 30, 2022.
 
=== SouthernAlenarith Ice Sheet Debacle ===
Despite having left Mount Augusta behind as an official primary place of residence, the people of Venne continued to be politically active in the nation. This would lead to a final political and legal battle spurred on by Mount Augusta's acquisition of territory adjacent to the newly-refounded Venne, dubbed "South Mount Augusta". Fearing further Augustan encroachment into the otherwise peaceful Alenarith ice sheet, then-Augustan citizens Ahme63, Fairbyfly, headshot_0515, Juicy_Watermel0n, Magic_Maya, Nickflik, RedDevel, Shadowvdark, and Stefanmakker decided to halt progress in the region by claiming large swathes of the new territory as personal property under Augustan law, legally preventing the Augustan government from doing anything with the land. As a result of this protest, [[SinjoroJoCrafter|Sinjoro]] (also then a citizen of Mount Augusta) introduced a bill to declaim the territory. However, when the bill seemed as though it would pass he quickly rescinded it. As such, Shadowvdark re-posted the bill, which now saw very little support in contrast to its previous run. It was this re-posting of the bill, and the subsequent electoral support it received from the protestors, that led to the Augustan judiciary taking action. On the 21st of June, 2022, then-judges Asakuun and Cattus, with the approval of then-governor ComradeNick, voted to revoke the citizenships and seize the property of all the protestors listed above, effectively exiling them from Mount Augusta. This act would serve to officially sever what few ties remained between Venne and Mount Augusta. Only much later would the citizenships of some of the protestors be restored under the wFangw administration, though these restorations were largely symbolic and none would return to Mount Augusta.

=== Development and Expansion ===
The nation of Venne continued on a path of steady development after its foundation. Some of these early buildings constructed included the eastern bridge of Venera, the beetroot farm, the pumpkin farm, and the ice farm. During this time, a former member of Venne on CivClassics, Juicy_Watermel0n, rejoined the nation and contributed to a number of these projects, constructing his house close to the founderFounders's districtDistrict.
 
On July 15, 2022, Venne was raided by two players known as tvretto and RacoonOnCrack. These players looted nearly all of the nation's buildings and escaped with a majority of Venne's initial wealth. Luckily, their actions were noticed quickly, and with a joint military operation with the nation of [[Pridelands]], the thieves were apprehended, and their armor taken as a trophy. This encounter brought the nations of Pridelands and Venne together, with a rail line being established between the two shortly after this event.
 
Other buildings created during this time included the nation's spruce farm, sheep farm, market square, and Venne's train station, as well asalongside several other player homes. Venne's brewery was also constructed during this time period, as well as the docks on Venera's western coast. Additionally, the large ice spikes in the nation's south were designated as a national park and aptly named Ice SpikesShards National Park.
 
On August 20, 2022, the neighboring nation of [[ParadICE|Paradice]] went inactive, with their lands being given to Venne. The settlement was connected to Venera via roadway, and a water route was later created between the two.
 
Towards the end of the nation's first term limits, the nation fell into a period of inactivity due to many members feeling burnt out or being unable to log on. Over this period of inactivity, Venne was raided two separate times and lost a substantial amount of its accumulated wealth.
 
=== The Vennaissance ===
With many of Venne's members returning from their inactivity at similar times, the decision was made to continue developing the nation elsewhere. Venera's harsh winterand landscape,isolated whilesouthern certainly beautiful,position ultimately proved tooincompatible opressivewith tofurther development. After some searching in early February of 2023, a suitable tract of land for a new capital was located on a large undeveloped island in the -,+ quadrant. While the land was claimed by Leibniz Confederation, the complete absence of development prompted VenneVennish leadership to pursue claiming it by developing the nation first,area and then announcing its claim once a foothold was established. During this period of "secret"undercover development, the factorycapitol building,and governmentfactory buildingbuildings, the SunSolar pavilionPlaza, and the statue "Venera Calls" statue were constructed. When the nation of [[Warmia]] began to consider claiming some of Leibniz Confederation's land, the government of Venne took the opportunity to place diplomatic pressure on Okx to sell the island. On March 11, 2023, Shadowvdark officially met with [[Okx]] on the steps of the capitol building to purchase the island for one diamond. Shortly thereafter, the island was namedrenamed to Venozia and declared the nation's new capital. Also in this period, Venne would receive permission from the former leader of Paradice StefanMakker to absorb the wealth he had accrued during his time of activity, which amounted to a considerable sum of diamonds, iron, and other precious materials.

The government of Venne is lead by the Vennish High Council (abbreviated as VHC), or a group of three players democratically elected to these positions. The VHC is in charge of all matters of governance, but any larger decisions are put up for a public vote.
