Line 1: The '''Empire of Tarragona''' was a small city state led by [[uphost]], founded in May of 2018. To recruit members, uphost posted a thread on the subreddit<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/civclassics/comments/8h24re/anyone_interested_in_organizing_a_new_secret/</ref> looking for members. Unfortunately, the contents of that thread were lost to the sands of time. Uphost eventually gathered [[plaxcaster]], [[just2d]], [[YourAverageRick]], and [[jecowa]]<ref>hhHe has the role in the +- discord.</ref>. The group soon opened up relations with [[Verda]] and [[Carpathia]], eventually building a rail to [[Crowsroost]]. Rick conducted most of the group's diplomacy. The land eventually became a part of [[Nyasaland]], but was handed over to [[Appomattox]] in the [[Treaty of Grestin]]. It was renamed to Duskwood.
