The government of Mount Augusta follows its minarchist values, and is therefore as minimal as possible. It is composed of a Mayor (Who oversees all aspects of the city and acts as final arbiter in most matters), 3 Judges (Who solve legal conflicts in trials) and a "Cupboard" (cabinet). The Mayor can create any cup and appoint people to it.
According to the constitution, all offices with powers beyond those of an ordinary citizen must be filled by popular vote.
