One of the first things Gobblin II did after his election was to establish the Privy Council of Pavia for a purpose of streamlining the dukes’ roles.
A month later, on 8th January 2023, he presented an updated Pavian Land Registry with two newly created Counties, leading to the appointment of Spoonce as Count of Corvo and ArtificialDriver as Count of Stonehaven. Spoonce was also appointed to the post of duke.

Goblin II's death occurred on January 14, 2023 at a Pavian construction site in the west of the country, the cause of death being a “fatal fall”. At that time he ruled the country 6 weeks.
