Municipality of Pacem: Difference between revisions

While the MPA respected the sovereign state of Wheatistan, the lack of a governing body made it difficult for law and order to be upheld in the city. Due to this, of June 25, 2020 the ''Ministers Council''Commissioners officially declared the Municipality of Pacem semi-autonomous of Wheatistan in order to secure it borders, protect its people, and uphold law and order. As of June 25, 2020 the MPA had its own unique citizenship, government, economy, laws, and soft border (similar to that of the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_country,_two_systems "One Country, Two Systems"] followed by Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China.) However, the MPA still has great respect for Wheatistan to this day; so officially the MPA remains officially under the sovereignty of Wheatistan.
