As its original owner RadBooley was no longer playing full time, the governance of EL was given to EvilHom3r. The city periodically falls into states of inactivity and activity as its members (a community outside of CivCraft) play or take breaks.

▲After the passing of EvilHom3r, there is no acting mayor of the town, however it's citizens still manage, maintain and attempt to preserve the state of EL. It is also under the watch of the city of Etherium, however Etherium holds no political power over the region.
▲ExtraLand, while communist in nature among its members, does not practice any particular form of governance or political ideology. It is mainly agrarian in design, and has a booming tree farm as a major attraction. It is also a closed town, meaning it is not open to membership unless approved by all current citizens. The city also has a moderate trade of forestry and animal products, with shops located at the centralized train station. While the city IS closed, it is open to visitors and tours can be given if one of the citizens are contacted.
