Raptopia. officially The Hood of Raptopia was a nation located in the -,- quadrant of the CivClassics map. This nation was created by Shadedoom in order to maintain old Tel Aviv land under Columbian control without making the main land Columbian claims larger.
Dissolution
The Raptopia claim was forfeited after Shadedoom decided it would be apropiate for newfriends to claim the land and have the ability to start a newfriend nation in vicinity to Columbia.
