Rainie violated numerous rules on CivUniverse which led to him being frequently muted on both Discord and the CivUniverse global chat. Rainie frequently argued with notable player Vespasian, resulting in mutes and the eventual removal of the #shitflinging channel on the CivUniverse Discord. Rainie also continued to post his slightly civ-related IWW Discord, however after an investigation by CivUniverse staff in January 2021 revealed that the Discord was not centered around CivUniverse, it's advertising was not permitted on CivUniverse any further.

Rainie was permanently banned from CivUniverse for [https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/415706745566920716/884248652598624256/unknown.png doxing] on July 20th, 2021.
==CivClassics==
Rainie had rejoined CivClassics on in Late June of 2021. He’d proceed to move to the north east quadrant of the map to build up and eventually establish another IWW, The No State Commune. But the place he chose to set up in was near a nation that held bad blood against him. The Federal Republic of Acadia was originally a country founded prior to the launch of CivUniverse and quickly became known as a newfriend & buildfriend nation and was even involved in the First Coaliton War against New Vegas in CivU. They decided to create a colony in CivClassics and eventually made the move to the server.

==== "Doxxing" a member of Acadia ====
Sometime after [[The No State Commune]] was raided by Acadia and others, Rain had quit playing [[CivClassics]]. Though he remained on the r/CivClassics subreddit making comments and contributing to the general discourse. One day Rain noticed on his phone that he received two different notifications to a post he made, both posts containing the same content, but both posts written by different authors. From his perspective he thought it was funny that he caught someone using their alt reddit account, and let the user know that he saw it by replying to the content with a link to an image of the two notifications side by side together.

Rain never actually looked at the account before posting the image, nor did he intend to doxx the user. However, this action was perceived as an attempt to dox the user, of which this particular user also happened to be from Acadia. Opponents were quick to jump at the mistake, calling Rain a doxxer and calling for him to be permanently banned from CivClassics. To further support their argument, they pointed out that the member was apart of a nation that had recently attacked Rain.

Rain would counter-argue that he did not mean to harm, and pointed out that if someone in his situation truly wanted to cause harm that they could. He argued that if his intent actually was to doxx this user, then he would have looked through the alt accounts' posts and comments gathering as much details and personal information, compile it together, then publish it publicly - which he did not do.

The CivClassics staff team would intervene to temporarily ban Rain for one month. This striked less observant users as weird, because doxxers are almost always permanently banned. However, the CivClassics staff team understood that doxxing the user was not Rain's intent, and no personal details were ever actually gathered. To calm the community and set things straight they made a post on their Subreddit explaining the circumstances and situation surrounding their decision.<ref>[https://www.reddit.com/r/civclassics/comments/pv6iji/rainie_ban_details/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 CivClassics staff team makes public statement regarding "Rainie Ban Detials]"</ref>

The user would later go on to say that they would not preban Rain from his server, because "The doxx was real but I do not believe it was intended as one."<ref>[https://i.imgur.com/I77uegc.jpg Clearing up rumors of Doxxing]</ref> The alt username and time that the incident occurred will not be added for privacy and safety.
