The conclusion of the Pavia - Rhode Island conflict sparked an immense boom in construction within Pavia. By the 21st of September, the Bureau of Architecture finished erected the first two townhouses in the City of Pavia, which became the start of fulfilling a promise made by the Government to house those who lived inside of the cave of Pavia. The Bureau of Architecture, making up for lost time, began an ambitious project of the planning and construction of a Pavian Cathedral. This cathedral was planned to sit atop a wide, and imposing hill which had to be terraformed from scratch as the lands of the construction site were mostly flat plains. The northern forest within the boundaries of the city was chopped down on the 22nd of September, with the terraforming of the hill quickly following suit, nearly five double-chests of dirt were used in the construction of the hill. In order for the hill to suit the landscape upon which it was built, large retaining walls were built on the shoreline to act as a natural barrier between the sea and the mound of soil. On the 2nd of October, the Pavian Cathedral would become the host of a wedding between Acuhdemiic of Estalia and CutePastelStars of New Jersey. Over 25+ people were in attendance from a myriad of nations, mainly the Elysian Pact nations of Estalia, Jorvik, SPQR and Pavia. Although the wedding would initially start off well, with food & drinks being handed out and guests taking their seats, it would eventually end in 7 dead and many more injured as a result of Chosentwice attacking the bride as she was walked down the aisle by Mark_Anthony of SPQR. Duke of Lugano, Creepi0n was the first Pavian to be murdered at the event, followed by the non-canon murder and pearling of BritishWanderer III by DockerImage of Kallos. Fights would break out within the cathedral and across the main hill between Gang Shi and Estalian players. The initiator, Chosentwice, claimed the terror attacks in the name of Rhode Island.
