Mt. Augusta Autonomous State New Phoenix (also referred to as New Phoenix or Phoenix) is a town located about 3000, 2000, located in the City of Mt. Augusta on a hilly plains biome. Established at the start of CivMC on an island off the coast of Griffin. The Founders decided to move the Town to an more secure and reliable ally that would not interfere with it Governing Duties.
