They are organized in a decentralized hierarchy, led ultimately by George Nelson, followed by his Massa, leaders who organize the affairs of the church. Any official member of the church is considered an Ordained Knight upon their induction into church, and any person who identifies themselves with the church is permitted to refer to themselves as a Knight.
