In the following months after [[KingOfTheMochas]]'s exit from the Jazz Committee, Kallos underwent numerous changes. The former democratic system was stripped and changed to adopt a more oligarchic dictatorship based off of trust. Due to two incidents with [[IMC]] and [[MtS]], Kallos opted to adopt a fully isolationist strategy. In August 2021, Camiseo formally merged with Kallos in order to form a collective state<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/civclassics/comments/oxk43z/treaty_of_indifference/</ref>. Following this, ties were established with a small nation of [[Asahigaoka]] as a result of their friendship with some of the citizens of Camiseo. [[Hockey328]] got suspicious of a few Kallos citizens hitting snitches near Caledonian claims (nearby to where Asahi had settled), and investigated. He encountered ~3 Kallosian's and 1 Asahigaokan. This followed a brief standoff that was eventually resolved diplomatically due to a Coalition intervention.
