Following the SPQR bombing, [[Parker]] and [[Rixxlon]] created [[Ransackistan]], an [[HCF]] group and a vault built within HJE land.
The players building the vault were seen on HJE's own snitches, though Mir never got around to checking out the area (Mir had access to their snitches for a long time).
