Plugin core principle
HiddenOre is a plugin used on CivRealms 2.0 that changes how ores spawn in Minecraft. Ores aren't naturally generated, but appears as blocks are mined next to them. They then replace some blocks close to them. Mining an ore will turn some of the blocks next to it into cobblestone.
Additional informations
All igneous blocks that appears naturally (Stone, Andesite, Diorite, Granite) can be transformed into ores, as well as cobblestone.
Enchantment on pickaxe won't change the apparition rate of different ores.
The server administrators can modify the rates at will, and rates might be different depending on the shard you are in. Rates are higher in the Aqua Nether.
Difference with vanilla ore
- Emerald ore is replaced with "Copper ore" and can only be found in hot biomes.
- Coal ore is replaced with "Tin ore" and can only be found in hot biomes.
- Block of coal can appear naturally.
