The Gensokyo-Auguta Treaty of Friendship (also know as the MTA-Gensokyo friendship treaty) was signed on the 17th of January 2015[1] and was a promise between Mount Augusta and Gensokyo to recognise each others' borders and sovereignty.[2] The treaty was informally made null and void after Mount Augusta voted to annex a seceding region of Gensokyo in the Goten Secession Conflict on August 3, 2015.[3]
