After the reset to the [[Civcraft 2.0]] map, ExtraLand was started anew in the minus, minus (-,-) region of the world. As its original owner RadBooley was no longer playing full time, the governance of EL was given to [[EvilHom3r]]. The city periodically fell into states of inactivity and activity as its members (a community outside of CivCraft) played or took breaks.

While the city was closed, it was open to visitors and tours could have been given if one of the citizens had been contacted.
