In the aftermath of the [[Butternut–SEC War]], the nation of [[Cortesia Del Mar (CivMC)|Cortesia Del Mar]] was disbanded following the departure of many of its members from [[CivMC]]. This left the CDM/Doom portal in disputed territory, with [[Doom City]] seeking to negotiate continued access via a preexisting personal iceroad & entry. During negotiations however, [[Mount Augusta (CivMC)|Mount Augusta]] requested that the public entry to the portal be used, which was trapped with a foot-grinder.
