December is a Septembrian polar bear who was given personhood on the 13th February 2021 via a bill proposed by AllenY. December currently resides in their own home in Mount September.
Biography
December was spawned during Mount September's Lunar New Year festivites. Little is known about December's spawn egg and who spawned it.
