Decree by the Maester Alliance.

The Council Decree Three announced the results of the 3rd Council meeting of the Maester Alliance[1] where it was decided SortByNode should join the Low Council, Siksta should be initiated into the Maesters and a change to how books were formatted by the Maesters.[2]
