The New Sovia-Icenia War, commonly known as the 'Clown Wars' was a military conflict between the Republic of Icenia and New-Sovia dating from June 20th, 2019 to June 26th, 2019. The war resulted in an Icenian victory, though a New Sovia managed to hold the pearl of one Icenian during the conflict and kill a government member.
