The City of New Agora was located on the Agoran Continent at the coordinates of 3304,-2104. It consisted of multiple snow- and desert biomes, as well as a forest biome, a swamp and a jungle. The continent was divided by the Rio Panto.

Summoner proceeded with some civilians and outsiders go build the district of Riverside far on the cities edge where they built an IRO vault there. After some minor dramaa that Summoner brought with him, the major one occured when one government official told Summoner to pearl another person because they were annoying. Summoner (who seems to folow things to a point sometimes) decided to follow it and pearl the player and put them in the IRO Vault. This caused a standoff where people were negotiating the release of the man in the vault, however some players decided to put the law in their own hands and fought to pearl Summoner and put them away forever. Lightning and Chemistry put Summoner inside a vault to hide while everyone stood outside, but the large crowd outside busted in and waited for the crinimal to log back in. Sometime in the night Summoner logged back in with some other players and proceeded to walk away back to Riverside.

  • The Chancellor, head of the council, whose role is to appoint officials such as judges, ambassadors and ministers. The Chancellor has the final word on issues of contention within the Council and gives a monthly agenda upon his/her election. New Agora's first Chancellor was pantostado1066 and its current Chancellor is PestilentEdge.
  • The Secretary of Defense (SecDef), leader of the New Agora Police Department, who also serves as head of the Agoran Armed Forces during a time of war. The SecDef is in charge of all military training, griefer imprisonment and city defense. New Agora's first Secretary of Defense was agg23 and its current SecDef is galvan_.
  • The Secretary of State (SecState), who is responsible for Agora's international reputation, diplomacy and economy. The SecState directs the Agoran House of Representatives, which consists of an indefinite number of appointed diplomats, who are generally well known and well respected members of the Agoran community. The SecState assigns diplomatic and economic agendas to the Representatives, such as embassy construction, treaty negotiation and trading. New Agora's first Secretary of State was DonVlinar and its current SecState is Professor__Hess.
  • The Secretary of the Interior (SecInt), who is tasked with guiding the physical expansion of the Agoran Republic. Public infrasatructure such as roads, canals, docks, tunnels, rail and nether connections all fall under the jurisdiction of the Secreatary of the Interior, as well as enforcing zoning laws and drawing new district lines. The SecInt also appoints superintendents of districts tasked with general upkeep and maintaining a census of their residents. New Agora's first Interior Secretary was sitheguy32 and its current SecInt is Enforcer15.
  • The Secretary of Education (SecEdu), responsible for all things relating to the New Agora State University - construction, upkeep and repair of its academic buildings. The SecEdu appoints faculty heads and professors and maintains the NASU Library so as to preserve Agoran and Civcraft history for future generations. Tambien_Sinclair was the first Secretary of Education, and the current SecEdu is NukeJay.

First Elections & The Galvan Incident

Once arrived the residents of now New Agora quickly recovered from the shock of Agora's destruction, most of it's original citizens made it to the new city.

It was time for the first New Agoran elections; Galvan who was elected consul back in Old Agora jokingly threatened to disappear with all the donations he had received for the amoury in the case, that he should not be reelected. To make it even worse, Galvan_ had been accused of stealing items from the player Highbernation. All this resulted in Galvan's temporary pearling. The conflict was later resolved, when Galvan_ publically apologised and the actual thief had been identified as PoisonPlatypus.

Although this is one of Agora's most memorable 'dramas', it should only be a foretaste to what the people of Agora would experience in the future.

Simultaneously, the now-resigned mayor Pantostado1066 and a few followers went on to start a different town in the chatrange of New Agora. This sparked the idea of creating a federation, the Agoran Federation with New Agora as it's capital.

The constitution and the current positions were tweaked. The position of the mayor was now chancellor, the senator was now speaker of the house, the tribune the secretary oof the interior, the consul the secretary of peace, and the dean the secretary of education.

The first four cities to be part of the federation were New Agora, Old Agora, Rift and San Mateo.

The Summoner Incidents/IRO Vault Incident

After the HCF came a player named Summoner entered the city and became a citizen who followed his own rules. Summoner proceeded with some civilians and outsiders go build the district of Riverside far on the cities edge where they built an IRO vault there. After some minor dramaa that Summoner brought with him, the major one occured when one government official told Summoner to pearl another person because they were annoying. Summoner (who seems to folow things to a point sometimes) decided to follow it and pearl the player and put them in the IRO Vault. This caused a standoff where people were negotiating the release of the man in the vault, however some players decided to put the law in their own hands and fought to pearl Summoner and put them away forever. Lightning and Chemistry put Summoner inside a vault to hide while everyone stood outside, but the large crowd outside busted in and waited for the crinimal to log back in. Sometime in the night Summoner logged back in with some other players and proceeded to walk away back to Riverside.

This once again left a standoff where noone would go near Riverside under the fear Summoner would either run or fight back. Sometime in the night Agg and Orike walked into Riverside and open up the IRO Vault and free the player inside, then everyone forgot about Summoner and walked away. Summoner proceeded to sue Agg for the damages done and the court ruled in favor of Summoner. Everyone proceeded to ignore all the crimes Summoner did and noone really cared what happened. The End.
