Saraliana Proper
Saraliana Proper is the pinnacle of the Nation of Saraliana. The city has no regional government, it is directly under federal law.
Visiting
Saraliana Proper access is restricted entirely to members of NEA member or observer states. The rule is collectively enforced by the NEA. Trespassing is punishable by pearling.
Districts

- West Proper, a primarily residential neighbourhood which contained the majority of the city's active residents, features well built architecture. The narrow roads and tall, overhanging buildings, and the generally cramped property zoning give the district a feeling of claustrophobia.
- Main Square, (and generally the rest of the surface of the island) contains most notably the Magistration Hall directly opposite the Saraliana National Library. The eastern side of the island consists largely of undeveloped land.
- The shallow underground consists of the coffers, community centre, and arena.
- The underbelly is a private, locked down stretch of mazelike tunnels fitting within the main island. Some infrastructure can be found here.
History
Saraliana Proper was built over a period of four months, before the city was constructed on it.
It has always been the capital of Saraliana, except for a period of two months in late 2014, when Saraliana did not exist.
