Lydenburg is a small Voortrekker-themed township in the vast northwestern plains of Helfontein, in the shadow of the Xian Mountains.
History
The town of Lydenburg was founded on the 12th of September 2015 in the northwest of Helfontein state within the Kingdom of Grundeswald.
Infrastructure
There is a rail line linking Lydenburg to the state capital of Geldfontein, as well as an overland road. A future line to Yakumo is planned, though no work has begun yet.
Geography
To the north, across the river, lies Yevululand, a homeland to house the indigenous ethnic Yevulu.
