Sintralin is regarded as one of the most well known and effective of diarchs for the city of Fellowship. Her era is frequently compared to the Margaret Thatcher administration of real world United Kingdom. Many regard her rapid rise into power as ruthless and cunning.
Origins
Sintralin joined Fellowship on May 13th 2014, as a citizen. Many did not regard her as much during this period and she was treated like any other newfriend. She managed to obtain the status of Fellow within 3 weeks of becoming a citizen. After another period of 3 weeks, she was nominated to become the representative diarch of Fellowship by geohash, who was not eligible to place nominations. In his stead, Freya placed a nomination for sintralin to become the Representative Diarch. sintralin proceeded to win a large majority vote of 5.
Laozi Incident
In Late July of 2014, Grundeswald annexed the town of Laozi into the nation of Grundeswald. In response, sintralin became the representing voice of Fellowship and Remnant in the ensuing land dispute known as the laozi_land_dispute. sintralin successfully changed a Pro-Grundeswald majority opinion to Pro-NEA.
During this incident, sintralin was recognized for her extensive posturing and coordination of Fellowship resources to defend public opinion and their respective land claims. However, Grundeswald and members of the International Coalition for Peace continued to rally against her.
Appointment
In the wake of UnknownOreo1996 leaving CivCraft, Oreo designated sintralin as the sovereign diarch.
Resignation
sintralin resigned from her position as sovereign diarch shortly after being appointed and left CivCraft on August 11th, 2014, citing that CivCraft and real life were no longer compatible. In her stead, she appointed Thymos_ to continue as sovereign diarch of Fellowship.
Legacy
sintralin continues to play the meta-game extensively. In Fellowship, she is widely held in high regard due to her sensibility, dedication and responsibility to Fellowship. However foreign opinions of sintralin are extensively mixed, leaning towards negative. Many foreigners consider sintralin to have been a power hungry, abrasive and ambitious facist dictator who put Fellowship first above foreign relations, while a few regarded her administration as a mix of benevolent, pragmatic and rational.
Libertas and Nox Era
The story of Libertas and Nox needs its own thread, but Sintralin's ending should be put here. Sintralin was the leader of Nox and Libertas. She was permanently banned for cheating. The actual reason for the bans isn't known - though it is likely a combination of lying about the knowledge of the act/and committing the act of duping along with vpn association (Duke Stonezy). Nox apparently duped something in the order of 200k diamonds.
