The Hon. Mazznoff van Auri HoG PJV OLS GH is a Russian player who is a lawyer by profession. He is the creator of the North Salisbury farming commune, founder of the Mappu Deliberation Council and is currently the judge in Atyos.
Origins
Mazznoff began his origins on civcraft by being invited by already existing members of Grundeswald to come join in building New Zion and Salisbury.
Controversies
Brynian-Grundeswald Conflict
Unbeknownst to him at the time Mazznoff created controversy by saying "What's up niggas?" in chat range of Bryn City setting off the initial Brynian-Grundeswald conflict.
Mappu Deliberation Council
Mazznoff decided to one day make a map of all the rails on the server, putting them on an easy to read map and sharing it with the rest of the server. Unfortunately he came across private rails and placed them on the map as well thus causing some discussion about the privacy of towns as well as collecting some bounties on his head.

Mazznoff has been appointed judge by the Atyos government.
