History
The Mappu Deliberation Council (地図審議委員会, Chizu Shingi Iinkai) was established in late April 2014 along with the CivCraft Metro Map update in the same month. Current board of the organisation includes mazznoff (the Chairman), Striker2117 (the Honorary President) and Killer_Chris, greenkitten and kovio (the Board members). The board is responsible for making decisions as to adding new rails to the map or taking them off it.

Controversies
The most notable example is the April update thread. This is the update where some 'private' rails were revealed.
