Xiamen
Xia began as an idea during the beginning of Civ 2.0, it's idea came to fruition as a city of Xiamen situated in the (+,+) region beside Grundeswald. It is an Asian oriented city meant to reflect the belief systems of the East Asian Orient including Confucianism, Ancestor worship, Architecture and as a whole represent the conglomeration of the East Asian cultures into a united nation.
History
After the Fall of Aytos, eccentrus, lost in his material pursuit in this world came to realize his purpose. This purpose was brought by a dream, in which the bird Peng carried him to foresee a land full of mountains and the bird Peng, whose wings spans thousands of li wide, spoke to eccentrus in Old Chinese, "Please click here shall you found a land of glory, where the Way will preserve, and the people cultivate themselves, and propriety be held up on high." Following this dream, eccentrus began the journey of ten thousand li on barefoot, with minimal supply and with much distress, to finally stumble a twin island. Here he says, "夏是在這裡 - The Xia lies in here"
Xia was established in the city of the twin island, Xiamen by Eccentrus around January, 20, 2014 nearby Grundeswald. During this time many other East Asian peoples gathered and conspired to create a great Dynasty known today as Xiamen. The city was starting to grow and bustle, buildings were made in the name of our ancient ancestors and rudimentary law was established. The city continued to grow and even a small industry was born from the small community, however, Xiamen suddenly became inactive quiet, dark and dead. The final blow to the first kingdom was when our great emperor Eccentrus took a step down from his [of Heaven] and retreated into the wilderness never to be heard from again. With no official succesor, the Dynasty of Xia was, as it had appeared, destroyed. Due to its size and proximity of Grundeswald it was adopted and integrated as a province under their imperial rule, though during this period of darkness, Xiamen remained a quiet inactive settlement between the mountains and the sea.
It is said that during this turbulent times, eccentrus was stolen from the mortal lands to join the immortals in Mount Peng Lai. There were also rumours of him appearing in Aytos and writing their system of law. But it is believed that eccentrus was spirited away to reincarnate later as a person of the Ren.
As the First Kingdom of the Dynasty of Xia slept in static rest, there was a sudden call. Finally after 245 days have passed, a mysterious new emperor arose known as Emperor Chua (Tsai Shih Chieh 蔡智杰), and he heeded the old brothers of the First Kingdom to return to the homeland. As activity slowly seeped in massive progress had occurred. The Industrial Pagoda was finally built and its height reaches the heavens. Land and farm has been toiled extensively to suit the needs of the new Second Kingdom of the Dynasty of Xia, and buildings and bridges and even industries arose to this call of a new Kingdom.
During this time of great development, The Xia was still a vassal nation of Grundeswald. But during the events in which many members of high authority left from Grundeswald's government, it created instability within the region. Prussia at this point took place as the authority between the union of Prussia & Grundeswald. During this transition, the Xia Dynasty became more autonomous, becoming more of a recognized sovereign state.

Xiamen is situated on an island in the south within a peninsular like region. It is surrounded with cold, arid mountains towards the north and the waves of the sea in the south. Forests populate the island regions and provide an appropriate environment for settlement and agriculture. The development towards these lower island regions have been made to allow the mass production of agriculture goods for feeding upon and providing resources for the small industries developing in the early Second Kingdom.
