Biography
OLivay is a the moses of civcraft. He is a former streamer and youtuber, who brought a fuckton of 'Jewfriends' (jewish newfriends) to Civcraft.
In 2.0 he lived in Fellowship, created Tel Aviv and was one of the founding fathers of Savion. In 3.0, he and a group of friends recreated Savion. He was elected as the 2nd Prime Minister, and is now the Minister of Memes.
