CivMap is an open-source interactive map of civ servers made by Gjum.

The map is based on voxelmap-cache, a utility for VoxelMap that was also made by Gjum.

The map is available for CivMC, CivRealms (maintained by Raven), CivClassics, Devoted3, CivCraft 3.0 and CivCraft 2.0 (maintained by Ashnwill)
