Chicago Empire was a western nation which was later dissolved (Insided by a Oklahoman spy) into a number of new ones,—a few of which were vassal states—which ended up founding the short-lived United Civ State Republic (UCSR) and ultimately being annexed/willingly merged with the Western Empire.
