It holds historical ties with Yoahtl, Icenia and Jomsviking, itand welcomes all across her lands to enjoy itsthe vast wilderness and untouched lands.

Citizenship of Winterbourne is only granted by honorary royal decree to those who show respect and kindness to Royal House of Winterbourne.
