Queen Alzabeths Vault Of Democracy (QAVOD) was a Pinkerton-like vault built in [[Bloom]] in early-middle stage civclassics and designed primarily by [[shadedoom]]. Originally approved due to new friendliness, the project stalled until the collapse of the UNC when the Bloomean government eventually approved funding and resource allocation to the vault due to the loss of access to Varkonias Vault due to the collapse and Best Western due to the Infinite War between Mir and NATO. QAVOD was the first operational vault in the [[UDF]] until [[Columbia]] later joined. Sky defenses were never truly completed and the ground ring design was almost exactly the same as the outdated Pinkerton design. Due to the flaws in the design and the building of better vaults, security was incredibly lax, a garden was built on the outside of the rings, and players who fell into the vault typically were just added to the groups to be let out.
