Now owned and renamed to Black Mesa by the [[Holy Empire of Gang Shi]], this vault was originally designed and built by Titan Industries during the [[Estalia–Rhode Island War]]. After the conflict, Gang Shi added sky defenses to the design and iterated on the ground portion using the Titan Industries design as a basis. The vault features Chad Tower, and Electric Fence sky defenses, with the planned addition of snitch grid electric fences and cardinal sky bunkers. Ground defense wise the vault rings feature a new 3d bastion ground grid, and soul sand water traps previously developed by Titan Industries and iterated on by Gang Shi Engineers after the fall of Titan Industries.

While not posing the usual characteristics of a megavault, Icenia sports a highly fortified and bastioned farm complex with a large outer trench. This farm complex is complete with traps and a 2-ring vault at the center of the complex and serves as a major hub of Icenian activity.
