Columbia was annexed by the Roman Empire in May 2020 following a joint military operation of Roman, Arelati, Meridian forces.

Columbia, and old nation from previous iterations, moved to Realms through securing a stretch of coastline from the nation of [[Moloka]]. In the following weeks, Columbia conducted itself in means which its neighbors determined to be aggressivethreatening. This first emerged during a partition of ICOR land, where the leader of Columbia was aggressive in his requests for land. He posted maps over claiming his neighbors and sending plans for a "Gran Columbia". This, compounded with a dispute with the Romans over bastions led to the multilateral decision to invade. A formal declaration of war was posted to the subreddit, and the leader of Columbia was pearled in his bunker. A guerilla war was waged with some international support, but the Romans called in the help of some members of [[Savaguard]]. After a second decisive battle and the pearling of the remaining Columbians, the treaty was signed and the territories were incorporated into the Roman Empire.
