Tierra de Conciencia
Tierra de Conciencia (TdC) is a collective located in -6300;-1500, TdC has a socialist nature, Most of the builds and the organization of the state is done collectively. Most of the landmarks and buildings are named in Spanish, as TdC attracts many Duolingo users.
Geography
TdC is located on an island with varying biomes, although most of it is either forest or plains, the island is on the Northwest (-;-) and has 3 main settlements:
- El Capitolio (The Capital).
- Villa Esplendida.
- Old MTA.
Government
Tierra de Conciencia has no official government officials, though the main members of the collective are StateApparatus (Founder) and Njordomir.
History
TdC was started by StateApparatus and Njordomir on the early days of CivClassics. The objective of this city was to reunite all the old friends from the CoAC/USR. However, many of its notable members live in different places.
The first settlement was "El Capitolio", although it didn't have an official name back then, it later developed into a city characterised by its brutalist building style.
Later, "Old MTA" became a TdC settlement and Godomasta began planning a new settlement that would later become "Villa Esplendida". This settlement is North of Ravine city and can be accessed through rail, as it is linked to El Capitolio by a short rail tunnel.
Conflicts
A few months after the founding of TdC, Mount Augusta settled North of El Capitolio and after a small conflict, MTA had to relocate. The city Mount Augusta left behind became known as Old MTA, the second settlement of TdC. Old MTA is planned to be repurposed into a new city "Treville".
On December the 1st, TdC was stormed by pajeet_shooter, who griefed Tierra de Conciencia using a stack of unreinforced wood planks. The grief was cleaned in less than an hour.
On December the 11th, "ProgramMC" on the alt account "ManicMineman" extensively griefed TdC using stone-reinforced cobblestone. The grief was cleaned in three days thanks to the efforts of the collective. A day after the griefing, "ManicMineman" was banned shortly for x-raying, releasing all the reinforcement groups. The alt account "ManicMineman" as well as ProgramMC were pearled shortly after. ProgramMC paid the bail, solving the conflict.
