RE: Linking Nara's beef with Gensokyo to Western Boundary's beef with Gensokyo, I really don't think that's a reasonable thing to do. Nobody in Nara particularly likes JoCrafter. He inserted himself into it.
RE: Battle of West Tenseimiya Plains, Saren does not hold any military rank in Nara. He is a citizen, not a samurai, a term reserved for formal members of the Naran military (he is a civilian volunteer). Otherwise, no issues w/ that section
Let me know if you need any help with filling out the preceding tensions portion. We have discord logs.
+1 to all points. WB beef is unnecessary and unrelated to this conflict, plus has issues that do not belong on CivWiki for both legal reasons and that the supposed ""conflict"" between WB and G was out of game. Am a little busy these next few days but will look into an overhaul of this page regardless. Thanks Bronnakus Specificlanguage (talk) 20:57, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
I've suggested the name Gensokyo-Naran Skirmish after doing some preliminary editing on the page itself but this does need a new name, and some better suggestions would be nice to have. User:Bronnakus1 any suggestions? --Specificlanguage (talk) 00:47, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
User:Specificlanguage I think Gensokyo-Naran Skirmish is fine but Weeb War is funnier. It's up to you. As far as events, I imagine you'll want both sides' perspectives so you can feel free to ask genso about these but the largest points of conflict were, in no particular order
- Access to the Nether portal claimed by genso but not in their claims
- Rights to use the accidental savannah that happens to float above the border between nara and genso (the border is a river, but this savannah goes on top of the river making a cave with savannah on top
- mining by narans in genso territory that, by following a cave, led to a naran finding genso's bunker. I can dig up some DMs if you'd like. please dm me or ping in nara disc.
Honestly, I just wanted to get the name change out and unlock it so other people can start pushing content into this page because I'm not qualified to do the large writeup lol Specificlanguage (talk) 19:30, 3 September 2022 (UTC)
