Icarus transitioned into it's second republic during a server-less period between the closing of [[CivRev]] and the opening of [[CivMC]]. This republic was semi-presidential with considerably more power given to the President of Parliament (soon changed to just President). It's transition was overseen solely by Prime Minister [[CredixYt]] until an election for President was held on April 18th, 2022 in which [[IceBoy Board]] won. Soon after, a vote was made to change Prime Ministers in which it ended in favor of CredixYt being relaced by [[LIQUID STEREO]].▼
