The '''Hyperborean Confederation''' is a nation founded by [[SpacemanSpleef]] after the [[CivClassics Shutdown]] on [[CivRev]]. It is a continuation of his [[CivUniverse]] nation of the [[Hyperborean Confederation|same name]], and replaced his single island nation of [[Columbia (CivRev)|Columbia]]. Its cultural influences come from both the original Hyperborean Confederation, as well as the [[Acadia|Federal Republic of Acadia]], whom the Founder spent a long time with.
