''color'' is passed to the [[Cascading Style Sheets|css]] background-color property. The optional ''border'' argument is passedthe tocolor of the css1 pixel border propertythat will be drawn around the box. If the border color is omitted, the border will be the same color as the box, i.e. invisible.
